Founder of WoMo Elizabeth & Sonia will be holding an interactive, empowering workshop to help you start the new year feeling positive and strong. We will be looking back on our highlights and learnings from the last year, and then setting intentions and goals for the year ahead based on our passions and purpose.

Elizabeth Cowper is an HR expert, Coach, and Founder/CEO of WoMo, a tech platform for working mothers, and Communications Consultant and Coach and Communication Consultant Sonia McNamara.

Sonia McNamara works with women to help them reach their full potential and excel in all areas of their life, via the power of a positive mindset and big bad goals. Sonia also helps organisations create a culture of energised, empowered, and engaged teams. She is a Master Practitioner of NLP, Master Coach, and has 15 years’ experience in corporate communications, most recently as a global lead.
