In quarantine nightmaresville, which is the way in which many WoMos might describe this period of time, we find ourselves in a new world of fitness panic.
If working out was a big part of your life and you relied upon PE at school to run your kids ragged during the week, we are now into a double whammy of pain. Neither you nor the kids are working out, and more importantly if your kids are relatively young, you are missing that moment at the end of the night when they fall into bed exhausted and you breathe a sigh of relief. You may liVe somewhere where there is a ton of space and this doesn’t apply to you, but regardless, all kids need a bit of exercise and so do you if it features in supporting your mental health. That point definitely applies to me.
So following a poll of WoMo buddies, here at WoMo lockdown HQ, we have created a list of recommendations for you:

That’s it for now, and you have have any others to recommend just drop us a message. At the end of the day, it’s finding something that works for you. But what’s the worst that can happen? This is a free workout and if you decide you hate it after the first 10 mins you can leave. Just think how much better it is to turn off an online class than do the walk of shame with a room of people watching as you leave the room!
