Following the statistics in how our overall health and wellbeing is impacted by COVID-19 and the lockdown, we’ve been busy developing assessments and resources to support you wherever you are you. 58 Wellbeing is built on the holistic integration of physical, emotional & spiritual wellbeing and we partnered with PAAR London to brings the medical science and build our new online wellbeing programme.
58 wellbeing webinars in partnership with PAAR are offering free wellbeing assessments, workshops and webinars from discovery of your personal health and enhanced webinars to live healthy during lockdown and after.
Our webinars are covering areas such as Nutrition, gut health , digestion as well as immune system support , supplements and natural medicine, we also offer meditation, mindfulness and yoga, posture, movement and relaxation, introduction to Ayurveda and self care tips, emotional wellbeing, relationships and the science behind healthy living and longevity.
